Wawati Font Download

I've noticed that some fonts get uninstalled, but not all of them. I noticed that a font called 'Font Book' is not in the font book anymore. The font book in the App Store still shows the font as being available for download. Once I uninstall the font book app, go to the App Store, then re-install the font book app, the font shows up in the font book app again. Is there a way to make all fonts that are greyed out come back?

There are a number of fonts in my font book that are grayed out. I can't figure out why. I've tried to add those fonts to the font book and the App Store, but the fonts don't show up in the font book. I have googled the issue, but so far no luck. 827ec27edc
