There has been some confusion as to how we ship license files and where they are stored. Each File type will have its own set of instructions or manual that is shipped with it (eg. PDF, EPUB, MP4, PPT). To download the license file, follow the instructions provided by the File type. For example, if downloading the PDF license file, you will need to reference \"https://github.com/ilokLicensing/iLokLicenseManager/releases/download/v4.0.1/iLokSoftwareLicense-4.0.1.pdf\". Please review the manual prior to downloading.
It has been brought to our attention that some of the licensed purchases made thru the iLok License Manager of owner Oleg_Kharchenko have not prompted an Email alert. If you have purchased an iLok protected software, you should receive an email notification of a new or updated license within 24 to 48 hours of the purchase. The lapse in coverage could be due to several issues, such as forgetting to register your license or not existing the transaction at all. Please re-request the license.
My last technical support ticket with iLok Licensing was concerning a problem I had with the iLok Licensing Software that I bought from them. I needed to renew a license for some of the products, I'd purchased from them. It was not the first time I was supporting licencing stuff from them and I've always had a good experience. So I read the instructions, was aware of the rules, and when I sent my request I followed the instructions. And it's just that what I noticed was-- that the renewal instructions are in general difficult for a convenience user to understand.
